Together, the Team Up Project – led by Catholic Charities USA, Habitat for Humanity International, Interfaith America and YMCA of the USA – is partnering with the Ad Council and Belonging Begins with Us to provide meaningful opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect with one other in their communities.
