The top Republican presidential candidates — minus Donald Trump — face off Wednesday night in Milwaukee, for their first primary debate of the campaign season. A total of eight candidates are slated to participate, including long-shot candidate and North Dakota governor Doug Burgum, who suffered an injury playing basketball but is able to attend.
