Federal prosecutors are seeking a “narrowly tailored” gag order against former President Donald Trump in the case involving his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election, according to reports.
Prosecutors explained in a 19-page court filing released today that they are requesting the gag order because of the former president’s “near-daily” social-media attacks on those involved in the case, including Judge Tanya Chutkan and special counsel Jack Smith.
